Έχοντας φιλοξενήσει τις αρκούδες του κόσμου και πολλά άλλα σέξι πλάσματα στην Αθήνα τα τελευταία τρία χρόνια για το "Bearly Athens: a bear week extravaganza", πήραμε τη δύσκολη απόφαση να αναστείλουμε επ' αόριστον το φεστιβάλ λόγω θεμάτων χορηγίας και στελέχωσης.
Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε όλους τους ερμηνευτές, τους καλλιτέχνες, τους συμμετέχοντες, τους χώρους και τους οργανισμούς που μας στήριξαν και μοιράστηκαν μαζί μας το όραμα του Bearly Athens. Παραμένουμε μια ενιαία κοινότητα και θα αναπολούμε με αγάπη όλες τις στιγμές queer χαράς που μοιραστήκαμε μαζί! Ελπίζουμε και ονειρευόμαστε ότι μπορεί, κάποια στιγμή στο μέλλον, να επιστρέψουμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε για 3 χρόνια BEARLY καλών στιγμών. Αυτό είναι πραγματικά ένα αβάσταχτο αντίο.
